BULLDOZING WILDERNESS
Anit-wilderness forces are using an
obscure Civil War-era statute called RS 2477 to claim dirt tracks,
off-road-vehicle trails, and recently bulldozed paths through prospective
wilderness areas as "highways". Pictured below are the hundreds of
